David Arthur, 29, is from Livingston but was believed to be in Inverness or the Highlands in the early hours of Thursday morning. Mr Arthur is thought to be travelling in a silver Ford Focus with the vehicle registration SK55 OXF. He is described as 6ft, of slim build with dark hair and stubble. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact Police Scotland on 101.
