The accident happened at about 1.30pm on the B9006 Culloden Road at its junction with the B9177 Old Perth Road, which leads up to the Drumossie Hotel. One fire crew from Inverness is at the scene and using a hose reel jet to clear oil and other debris off the road. A total of three cars are lined up beside the pavement in the left hand lane heading towards Simpson’s Garden Centre. A blue Peugeot 307 and a purple Volkswagen Polo have damage to their front end and oil has leaked from the Peugeot. A black Mercedes is also parked beside the two vehicles but appears undamaged. The female driver of the Mercedes said: “I am okay and I am just glad that nobody was hurt.”
