It is one of a spate of accidents across the Highlands, which is suffering another day of bad weather. A police spokesman said that the lorry was travelling north but ended up across the southbound lane during the incident at 8.36am. The driver was unhurt. Meanwhile there have also been accidents in Caithness, Lewis and Cawdor. Two vehicles collided on Harlam Road in Reiss and left the road at 8.43am. It is understood that an ambulance attended however there is no information about injuries. A car collided with a bridge near Clephanton on the B9090 Cawdor road at 9.11am. No one was injured and vehicles are able to pass the scene. And a man in his 50s has been taken to hospital in Stornoway after his 4×4 went down an embankment on the A858 at Dalmore. There is no information on his injuries.
