The incident, which involved one car, took place on a road close to the Clava Cairns, around seven miles to the east of Inverness. Emergency services were called to the scene of the accident, which police described as an “unclassified road”, around 11pm. Police, ambulance and fire and rescue services were all called to the scene but the fire service was not required in the end. A woman has now been taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness where she is being treated for minor injuries.
