Douglas Dyce, 29, of 23 Wells Street, was in the Caledonian Bar playing pool with his younger brother, Lee when an argument developed. “Douglas Dyce began shouting and swearing and fighting with his brother Lee who tried to calm him down,” fiscal depute Fraser Matheson told the court. Dyce admitted breach of the peace as well as previous convictions.
