A9 reopens after serious crash

The A947 is blocked in both directions

The A9 has reopened following a serious crash earlier this evening.

Three cars were involved in the incident, near Moy.

One vehicle left the road and burst into flames.

Fire crews took an hour to extinguish the flames.

It is understood that one person was taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness however their injuries are not though to be serious.
