The owner of an award-winning chip shop has appeared in court accused of sex offences involving a teenage girl.
Simon Harkai denied possessing indecent images of the girl at the Happy Haggis in Kingussie when he appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court.
The 41-year-old also denied taking indecent photographs of her between 2012 and 2013.
He also denied inducing the girl to engage in sexual activity by kissing another teenager in the shop, sending her texts, requesting she engage in sexual activity with him, making sexual remarks and causing her to look at a sexual image of a woman.
Harkai and his wife Amanda, 26, also denied that together they were in possession of an obscene bestiality image.
The case was continued until March 13, and the couple, of Craig-An-Darach, High Street, Kingussie, had their bail continued.
