Fire crews battle Nairn house blaze

Firefighters are currently tackling a chip pan fire in Nairn.

Three appliances – one each from Nairn, Inverness and Forres – were called to the property on Albert Street in Nairn at about 12.30pm this afternoon.

A fire service spokeswoman said that the blaze was “well established.”

No ambulance was required at the incident.
