Police have appealed for information into the incident which happened on Sunday evening in the Hilton area. The incident happened at around 8.20pm between flats on Leyton Drive and Mackay Road. Police say that two men approached the victim and then assaulted him and stole his bag. The suspects are described as wearing dark coloured hooded tops, and one was wearing luminous yellow trainers. One of the men may have an eastern European accent. Police have appealed for any witnesses who may have seen the incident to contact them.
