Dr Luke Regan, an emergency physician at Raigmore Hospital, will be one of two speakers at the event on Friday. Also taking part is Dan Jenkins, from NHS Highland’s health promotion department, who will discuss physical activity, weight and healthy living. The meeting in Inshes Church will open with preliminary group business from 9.30am, with the talks following at 9.45am-10.45am.
