Mother and daughter from Lewis traced safe and well

A mother and daughter from Lewis who went missing four days ago have now been traced safe and well.

Catherine Costello, 57, and her 13-year-old daughter Eve Pender were reported missing on Friday, March 17.

They live on the Isle of Lewis but were last seen at Inverness bus station at about 2pm on Wednesday.

Western Isles police has now confirmed the duo have been traced safe and well.
