A school bus and a van collided at a busy Inverness roundabout this morning.
The accident happened at the Shore Street roundabout shortly before 10.30am.
A police spokesman said that nobody was injured and confirmed that the bus had been carrying school children.
The roundabout, which links the A82 Inverness-Fort William road with Chapel Street, Grant Street and Shore Street was partially blocked for a while until both vehicles are now off the road.
The police spokesman added: “The incident involved a bus and a van.
“None of the occupants of either vehicle was injured.
“The bus did have school children on board at the time.”
