The Kessock lifeboat went to help the stricken woman at 6.15pm after the Coastguard was alerted to the incident by a member of the public. It is understood that the woman was taking photographs before she fell down the steep slope by the city’s Anderson Street. The lifeboat took her to the marina at the city’s harbour, where she was transferred to an ambulance and taken to Raigmore Hospital.
