Education committee members agreed to hold a three-month public consultation on its proposal to formally close Inverasdale School. Pupils would attend Poolewe Primary, five miles away, as has happened since July 2012. The views of parents, pupils and other local residents will be sought between May 27 and August 21. Additionally, a public meeting has organised to discuss the proposal. It is at 7pm on June 10 at the school. Full details will be on the council’s website from May 27.
