Two appliances and one water carrier were sent tackle a large quantity of refuse on fire at the property on the city’s Henderson Drive at 5.55pm. A fire service spokeswoman said that no one has been hurt and confirmed that “a large quantity of refuse” has caught fire. The station, a large warehouse, collects council and other refuse for onward transfer.
