Plea to find missing Tain man

Police are anxious to trace a man reported missing from Tain yesterday afternoon.

David Porter, 32, was last seen at 2.30pm on Friday.

Officers believe that he might be in the company of friends, possibly in the Inverness area.

He is described as 5ft 7in-5ft 8in tall, slim build, a pale complexion and short, straight strawberry blonde hair.

Mr Porter wears a hearing aid and a has a scar on his left eyebrow.

When he was last seen, he was wearing football-type shorts.
