David Mitchell has been missing since Sunday evening when he was seen in Pitlochy. Since then, there have been sightings of the 47-year-old travelling south on the A9 at Kildary, Invergordon, and the Black Isle. Last night, police launched a significant search in Laggan after a sighting of his car. His green coloured Toyota Rav 4 car was seen again on Tuesday 8 September at 6.30pm on the A86 Laggan area. Officers have also now released the full registration of the car, which is SN03 GLB. Mr Mitchell is said to 5ft 11in, of slim build with receding brown hair. Anyone who knows where Mr Mitchell is or who has information that could assist Police Scotland in tracing him should call 101. David Mitchell’s car may have been spotted in the Laggan area
