Emergency services were called to the Rose Street car park at 8.55am after the man fell from the roof of the building. A spokesman confirmed that he has died as a result of injuries sustained following the fall. He added: “There do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.” Railway Terrace, Rose Street and Longman Road, which were closed during the incident have since been re-opened to the public.
