Police have urged motorists to adhere to temporary speed restrictions on roads close to Castle Stuart during the Scottish Open.
Inspector Gus Stewart, of the Highland and Islands Divisional Road Policing Unit, said: “Drivers are urged to take extra care, be aware of the temporary restrictions moderating their speed accordingly and be alert to the increase in traffic in the area.
“Road Policing units will be carrying out patrols in the area to monitor traffic flow to and from the event and the surrounding area”.
