A care worker has been accused of engaging in sexual behaviour with a service user.
David Cunningham will face a Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) hearing next week relating to his conduct while working as a residential support worker in a Highland village.
He is accused of engaging in sexual behaviour with the service user after telling her to lie on her bed and then lying beside her.
He is further alleged to have touched the woman in several parts of her body and cuddling and kissing her.
He is also accused of stating “did you enjoy that” or words to that effect to her.
The incident is alleged to have happened on February 13 last year.
Mr Cunningham will appear before the SSSC in Dundee on Tuesday. His hearing is scheduled to last four days.
