A total of 26 firefighters have been battling a fire at a property in Burghead this morning.
The call was made at 8.40am after smoke was seen coming out of a property on Torridon just off Sigurd Street.
A total of four appliances were sent to the scene alongside a water carrier and a height vehicle.
A fire service spokesman said: “There were no injuries as a result.
“We had 26 firefighters there and two appliances from Elgin, one from Lossiemouth, one from Forres, a height vehicle from Inverness and a water carrier from Buckie.
“The stop message came back at 10.20am.”
Update: One unit is still at the scene damping down the house.
