Four people have been charged after drugs with a street value of around £20,000 were recovered in Elgin.
Cannabis and valium were seized in the Anderson Drive area of the town as well as a high four-figure sum of cash.
Two men from Glasgow aged 29 and 49, along with a 49-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man from Elginare expected to appear at Elgin Sheriff Court today.
Detective Sergeant Andy Wilson said: “I would like to thank the members of the public who assisted with this particular inquiry.”
He added: “There is no place for drugs in our communities and North East Division works extremely hard to make the region as safe as possible and ensure it is a hostile environment for such crime.
