Police concerned about safety of missing Moray man

Concerns are growing for a Moray man who has been reported missing.

Richard Winney, from Elgin, was last seen near the town’s West Road in the early hours of this morning.

At the time he was wearing a grey V-neck jumper, red t-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.

Police have described the 33-year-old as being about 5ft 10 tall with short brown hair and piercings in both his ears.

Officers are now becoming increasingly concerned about his safety and well-being.
