The man who died in a horrific car accident in Moray yesterday has been named as Dameon MacPhee.
The 23-year-old, from Buckie, was travelling in the vehicle with his two-year-old son, who remains in a serious but stable condition.
A 23-year-old woman who was airlifted to Aberdeen remains in hospital with serious injuries.
In a statement, Mr MacPhee’s family said: “A beloved son, brother, dad and loving boyfriend of Laura. Forever in our hearts, gone but never forgotten. He’s now in the arms of his Grandad.”
Sergeant Steve Manson said: “Our thoughts are with all of those affected by yesterday’s collision.
“Inquiries into the incident remain ongoing and anyone with information who hasn’t yet spoken to officers should call the police.”
