Four appliances were sent to the premises on Anderson Crescent in Forres at 14.37pm. A spokeswoman said: “It is a well-developed fire and the building is starting to collapse.” Firefighters are using one hose reel jet to tackle the blaze. It is understood that everyone has been evacuated and nobody is thought to be injured.
