Police have launched an investigation after a Tesco lorry smashed into a home in a Moray village.
The heavy goods vehicle left the road on Rothes High Street at about 2.30am, crashed into two cars and then ploughed into the front corner of the property.
The vehicle was travelling north on the A941 road when the accident happened.
It is understood that the male driver was taken to Dr Grays Hospital in Elgin but that his injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.
The northbound carriageway is blocked and traffic lights have been installed to manage the flow of vehicles through the village.
