A Moray road was forced to shut for most of the evening following a crash between an HGV and a van. The emergency services were called to the A941 south of Lossiemouth just before 3.45pm this afternoon. Officers were informed that there were two vehicles involved in a collision. A total of four fire engines and the heavy rescue unit from Inverness were in attendance, with cutting gear used to free the pair from the vehicle. They left at around 5pm. The road was shut at the turnoff with the B9135 while workers make the damaged electricity poles safe. It re-opened at around 10pm.
