Hundreds of local people walked, jogged or danced along a 5km course and though clouds of powder paint at the Cooper Park. Adults and children alike were covered from head-to-toe in bright luminescent shades as they raised money for a range of charitable causes. Elgin Youth Cafe’s event received a medal and a goodie bag with glasses, a t-shirt and a little more of that colourful powder.
