Registration for one of Speyside’s premier sporting events has now opened, with locals and visitors from around the world invited to take part.
The Dramathon is a unique concept, with competitors having a choice of a distance to run and then take in a scenic route which takes in several distilleries on the famous malt whisky trail.
Depending on which race you compete in, at the end you can pick the corresponding miniatures of whichever distilleries you ran past.
The 2019 edition will take place on Sunday October 19 and will be the third annual event.
Last year, over a thousand people took part, with participants in the main race treated to a scenic run, starting from Glenfarclas distillery in Ballindalloch and finishing up at Glenfiddich distillery in Dufftown.
The same route will be on offer this year, alongside a 21KM, 10KM and a relay race.
Alan Semple won the Dramathon last year in a time of two hours 49 minutes and 48 seconds, while international visitors from all over the world, including Japan took part.
