The fire broke out in Dallas at around 8am this morning. Two appliances and a forestry unit are using a light portable pump and four hose jets to douse the flames. A spokeswoman said: “We received two calls of a fire this morning at 8am and 8.10am. “The fire crews are making good progress dampening the hot spots of the fire.” More to follow.
