Police were in attendance at an “ongoing incident” in Elgin tonight. Firearm officers and a dog unit were understood to be at a property at the town’s Councillors Walk. UPDATE: Surrounding streets were cordoned off. A police spokeswoman said the incident was “ongoing” and declined to comment further.
