Police have charged two teenage boys aged 14 and 15 after a fleet of classic cars were vandalised in Keith.
James Currie was left “devastated” when he discovered his prize motors had been damaged in a lock-up in Moss Street.
Mr Currie told the P&J: “I was just devastated, but it has been more devastating for my kids, really.
“They have a lot to do with the cars and take a lot of pride in them. They help get them polished and ready for shows and they love going to shows with them.”
It is estimated repairs will cost more than £10,000.
The vandalism happened between 7pm-9pm last Thursday.
Today it was confirmed two boys had been charged and would be reported to the youth justice management unit.
Sergeant Robbie Williams said: “I would like to thank those who have assisted with our inquiries so far.”
