Plans for nearly 100 homes have been submitted for a Moray village.
House builder Springfield Properties wants to construct 86 homes off St Andrews Road in Lhanbryde.
A range of units including flats, bungalows, detatched and semi-detached homes have been proposed for the site, which is on the western edge of the village near the A96 Inverness road.
A children’s play park and a perimeter of trees has also been included in the blueprint that has been submitted to Moray Council planners.
Dave Main, managing director of Springfield Properties North, said: “We received really positive feedback from existing residents in the area when we announced our plans to build in Lhanbryde at the public exhibition in November last year.
“The construction of the development will bring work and apprenticeship opportunities to the area and support local trades and suppliers.
“We look forward to receiving the council’s feedback in the coming months.”
