Green-fingered volunteers in Moray are celebrating three successes at the annual Beautiful Scotland awards.
The Forres in Bloom group was awarded a gold medal alongside the medium-sized town prize for its array of dazzling floral displays.
Volunteers were also presented with a special sustainability award in recognition of the group celebrating its 30th anniversary.
This year displays throughout the town including in Grant Park, Sanquhar Pond and the town centre contained more than 22,000 separate plants.
Secretary Sandra Maclennan said: “This year has been significant due to the support we get from the council. We still have a good relationship with them but they have not got the resources to give us any more.
“It means we are having to do more of the work that they used to do like cutting grass and weeds.”
Moray MP Douglas Ross said: “We are very lucky to have such a dedicated and hard-working team of volunteers in Forres. The town always looks fantastic.”
