A Moray holiday park has been sold after its previous owner decided to retire following more than 20 years running it.
The Findochty Caravan Park went on the market for £335,000 but the coastal site quickly attracted a large amount of inquiries.
DM Hall, who handled the sale, explained the strong interest in the property had prompted them to seek out other opportunities for buyers across the country.
Kerry Boyle, who led the sale, said: “We approached the market seeking offers around £335,000 and due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we received, our client instructed us to set a closing date for offers within just three weeks of the marketing process. We have recently completed on the successful offer received.
“We now have an active inquiry list of potential purchasers looking for similar opportunities, with many telling us they would consider all areas across Scotland.”
