Officers were called to the Califer area at 12.30pm today. Police said formal identification has still to be carried out, however, officers believe it is Antony Rodgers. The 57-year-old has been missing from Elgin since December 31. A police statement said: “Mr Rodgers family has been informed and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
