Kyle Simpson, 13, was last seen around 12.30pm today in the area of Forres Academy. A statement by police said: “We can confirm that Kyle Simpson, 13, who had been reported missing from Forres has now been traced safe and well. “Thanks to everyone who shared our earlier appeal for information.”
