Moray Wellbeing Hub has urged people to get in touch for support if they have worries about life after lockdown.
The social enterprise has experienced a surge of new members, and over the summer an array of events have been organised to maintain support and ease worries.
These include creative sessions and the newly updated Discover Pathways to Wellbeing online tool.
Moray Wellbeing Hub director Heidi Tweedie said it was important for people to continue looking after their mental health as the pandemic wears on, adding: “Since lockdown we have experienced a massive surge in new members with over 30 people joining in one two-week period in June.
“As lockdown is eased many will be aware of experiencing new worries or feel they need updated skills to support those they love and care about.
“If you’ve not spoken to many people in person for some time, need to address your body confidence or want to support your kids deal with this uncertain time, Moray Wellbeing Hub have something for you.”
Experienced peer facilitator Chris Ritchie is running a Living Life to the Full course to help both himself and others get through this time. Courses and support are now available for all ages by visiting moraywellbeinghub.org.uk
