A rural Moray road where a man was killed in a fireball crash on Tuesday has re-opened.
The B9016 Keith-Buckie road was closed about two miles north of Aultmore after a silver Mini Cooper S burst into flames following a collision with a lorry.
Emergency services were called to the scene shortly after 4pm.
The driver of the car, named locally as Iain MacDonald who was in his 20s, is understood to have lived in the Buckpool area of Buckie.
Mr MacDonald was alone in the convertible it was involved in a collision with a blue Man recovery vehicle.
The truck also caught fire, but the driver is believed to have escaped injury.
