Police have appealed for witnesses after a car was broken into and damaged close to Lossiemouth Cemetery.
Several hundred pounds worth of items were taken from within the vehicle, including a sat nav system.
The break-in happened near the old railway line crossing on the B9103 back road to Lossiemouth around 4pm on Sunday.
Police are appealing for any witnesses who noticed a man in the area at the time.
He was 5ft 7in tall, slim and was wearing jeans and a light-coloured hooded top with blue detail on its front.
PC Johnathan Menzies said: “I would like to remind the public to ensure sat navs and other items of value are removed from open display within vehicles when left unattended.”
