Police are advising motorists in the Fochabers area to slow down. The broken down vehicle is approximately half a mile east of the town, on the westbound carriageway on a downhill section of road. A police spokesman said: “We are on scene to assist with traffic management whilst the crane undergoes repair, which is likely to take some time.”
