A man who was killed in a Moray motorcycle crash has been named locally as 23-year-old Konnor Pritchett.
Mr Pritchett, from Keith, died after sustaining injuries when his black and red Honda CBR125 crashed on the A941 Dufftown to Craigellachie Road near Glenburnie.
The crash happened at around 12.50am on Sunday, December 19 and and Mr Pritchett was announced dead at the scene by emergency crews.
A police investigation has been launched with officers urging anyone with dashcam footage or who witnessed the crash to come forward.
Since his death, loved ones have taken to social media to pay tribute to “the life and soul of the party to us all.”
One person who knew Mr Pritchett wrote: “Can’t believe I’m writing this, you had a heart of gold and always the life of the party.”

Commenting on Facebook, one person wrote: “Such sad sad news. My thought are with all the family and friends at this time. RIP my friend. Taken far to young.”
Another added: “One of the nicest, hard working young lads I’ve ever met.”
Sergeant Peter Henderson of the Road Policing Department said: “Our thoughts at this time are with the family and friends of the motorcyclist.”
Loved ones also launched a social media search for a woman who was first on the scene and attempted to help Mr Pritchett while emergency services were on their way.
A message said: “A lady found Konnor and a young man pulled up shortly after. We know who the young man is – and we can’t thank you enough for what you did.
“We would really like to know who the lady is so we can thank her for trying to save Konnor and for staying by his side until the emergency services arrived.”
The post has since been updated to say that the woman had been found.
