The driver and passengers of the blue Peugeot 206 suffered minor injuries despite the car landing on its roof and suffering extensive damage. Police confirmed they received a call just before 7pm following the accident on the B9016 Keith to Buckie road, near the Oxhill junction. The road was blocked for more than two hours while the casualties were treated by paramedics at the scene and the vehicle awaited recovery. Two of the occupants were taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin while a third passenger did not require hospital treatment.
