Milne’s High protestors handed a petition over to the local authority which has been signed by more than 5,000 supporters. The petition was presented to Councillors Douglas Ross, Sean Morton and Margo Howe. The protestors met earlier this morning in Cooper Park and marched to the council offices with pipers and fiddlers accompanying. The Fochabers Fiddlers were also there to play a few reels. Milne’s High has been earmarked for closure under the review with pupils being bussed to New Elgin High school.
