Planners have also approved the transformation of former travel agents into play centre and cafe and fitness studio to be turned into storage and distribution centre.

A former beauty salon could be turned into a bar in the Elgin High Street.
CM Design is representing James Dean in the application for the change of use of the building at 92E High Street in Elgin.
The property consists of three floors, there is a basement accessed via a separate exterior door, and two levels above.
This building is accessed via Fife Arms close to the heart of Elgin’s town centre.
Concrete repairs at Buckie Harbour
An application has been submitted for concrete repairs to be completed on the piers structures at Buckie Harbour.
Concrete material will be used to infill voids in the existing structure both at the base of the wall and on the faces of the north and west piers.
Last October, it was confirmed that Buckie Harbour will become an operations and maintenance base for the Moray West offshore wind farm.
Buckie Harbour was selected by Moray West as the home for its base in a bidding process that also included Wick and Fraserburgh.
Officials analysed up to 20 years of weather analysis as well as projections of costs to transfer personnel to the wind farm before choosing Buckie.
In the past week, Moray Council has also determined some applications.
A former travel agents in Elgin High Street will be turned into a play centre and ancillary cafe, with the change of use for a fitness studio at Elgin business centre also approved by planning chiefs.

In Elgin, a former travel agents premises will be transformed into a play centre and ancillary cafe.
This comes after an application submitted by CM Design on behalf of Toytoon Limited was given the green light.
The change of use will take place at the property on 67 High Street in Elgin.
Change of use for fitness studio at Elgin business centre
A former fitness studio at the Pinefield Business Centre in Elgin will be transformed into a storage and distribution centre.
Grant And Geoghegan Limited submitted an application on behalf of Riverside Kitchens for the change of use at Unit A and B at the facility.
