A Moray charity shop is asking locals to clear out their winter wardrobes in aid of poorly animals.
The PDSA store on Elgin’s High Street is appealing for surplus woollies and unwanted Christmas gifts to help treat sick and injured pets.
The charity is particularly keen to boost its stock of knitwear, coats, shoes and boots.
PDSA Elgin shop manager Allyson Whitton said: “The weather has taken a chilly turn, and our stocks of winter clothing and shoes are in high demand.
“We need supporters to help us keep our shelves stocked by donating their unwanted woollies, coats and footwear to help us raise money for sick and injured pets.”
Located at 102 High Street, the shop raises funds to provide PDSA-funded veterinary treatment in the local area.
