APPROVED: Alternations to Elgin shop
An application has been approved for alterations to a shop front in Elgin.
The plans are for Lloyd Griffiths Eyecare at 32 South Street.
Lloyd Griffiths Limited lodged the application.
Work involves the relocation of a shop window front with installation of new glazing screens.
SUBMITTED: Distillery toilet facilities
Grant and Geoghegan Limited is representing the distillery near Aberlour in the application.
The malt whisky distillery on Speyside was founded in 1967, which sits at the foot of Ben Rinnes.
Previously, the distillery mainly produced whisky for blends. However, it has since been relaunched as a distillery known for its single malt expressions.
SUBMITTED: Diving in – extension to Urquhart home
An application has been submitted for alterations and extension to a Moray village home.
Plans are for a property at Highfield, Muiryhall in Urquhart.
The four-bedroom home was built by renowned local house builders Russell Construction Moray Limited.
This accommodation already boasts a vestibule, hallway, a generous sized open-plan lounge and dining kitchen, utility room, a ground-floor double bedroom and shower room.
The changes on the ground floor include a games room with bar, seating area and outside decking.
Meanwhile, a infinity pool and balcony is proposed for the first floor.
