A section of the busy A96 Aberdeen to Inverness road was closed for two hours following a two-vehicle crash.
The incident was reported to police at around 10.30am today on the A96 Forres to Elgin section near the Findhorn roundabout.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash however, no serious injuries have been reported.
Inquiries into the circumstances of the crash are still ongoing.
The road was reopened around 12.35pm and the police have thanked drivers for their patience while a diversion was in place.
In a statement posted online they said: “We can confirm the A96 between Forres and Elgin has reopened, following a two-vehicle crash, which was reported around 10.30am.
“The road was cleared around 12.35pm and we’d like to thank motorists for their understanding and patience.
“There were no injuries reported and inquiries into the circumstances of the crash remain ongoing.”
