Firefighters used small tools to make the vehicle safe before leaving at around 4.40pm.
Police confirmed one of the two drivers, a man, was taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin for treatment and another man charged in relation to the incident.
A police spokeswoman said: “Around 4.10pm on Friday, 2 June, 2023, we were called to a report of a two vehicle crash on Provost Drive, Lossiemouth.
“The male driver of one of the vehicles was taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin.
“The driver of the other vehicle, a 23-year-old male, was charged on connection with road traffic offences.”
