Connor Ballantyne, 18, admitted raping a nursery school aged girl at an address in Moray between December 1, 2011 and October 17, 2012. He also admitted forcing a primary school aged boy to perform a sex act on him at another address in Moray between November and December 2012. Ballantyne also pleaded guilty to a charge of performing another sex act on another primary school aged boy. Ballantyne, of Elgin, admitted the offences when he appeared at the High Court in Edinburgh yesterday before judge Lord Stewart. He will be sentenced at the High Court in Glasgow on July 9.
